"면역약침", 수침, 약침요접, 혈위주사요법이라고도 한다.

'면역의학'의 하나로 한약재에서 추출한 성분을 중요 경혈(經穴)에 주입하는 것을 말한다.

침 치료는 외부에서 인체를 자극하는 외과적 요법이고,

약물치료는 내부적으로 내장기를 자극하는 내과적 요법이라고 할 수 있다.

이 2가지를 동시에 시행하여 치료효과를 높이고자 하는 것이다.

1956년 남상천이 경락조직을 규명하고 침구학으로 면역을 강화시키다가 1963년부터 산조인·황기·인삼·녹용 등의 생약 제제를 주사기를 사용, 경락에 주입하여 경락의 작용을 규명하기 시작하면서 비롯되었다.

면역약침학

"면역약침학"은 약침의 원류인 남상천 약침의 기본을 세울 수 있는 책입니다.  체계적으로 약침을 배우고 싶은 분들은 약침의 원류이고, 약침의 시초인 남상천 선생의 "면역약침학"은 도움이 될 것입니다.

"면역약침학 임상편"이 2011년 1월에 출판되었습니다.

"면역약침학 임상편"은 면역약침학이 기본서라고 한다면 "면역약침학 임상편"은 임상에서 자주 접하는 질환을 중심으로 약침약의 시술 용량, 주입기 선택, 주의사항, 임상례 등을 부위별, 질환별로 설명을 해 놓았습니다.

특히 책에 게재된 임상례는 단순 통증질환에서 난이도가 높은 질환까지 학회의 동료 한의사들이 실제로 제출한 사례이기 때문에 일선 치료현장에서 훌륭한 지침서가 될 것입니다.

YAKCHIM (藥針, Remedial Acupuncture)

YakChim(藥針) is injecting remedy into the Kyonglak(經絡) system in order to maximize the effects and the time. Nowadays YakChim is used widely all around the world at the same time. That is because the injection needles have become popular. But my theory is different in that I have unique basic concepts, and my remedy comprises of only Yunje(潤劑) and Kije(氣劑), which are more than enough to take care of every single illness around the world. I have freely shared the applicative methods with the world.

But frankly I am not really satisfied with the name YakChim. It had been named by Korean oriental medicine doctors. So in 1994, I published a book "Introduction to Kyonglak Studies(經絡學原論)." I would prefer my therapy to be called Kyonglak Studies, rather than simple YakChim(藥針).

YakChim would be all right to explain the injections all around the world, but it is not enough to explain my deep theory. If you get absorbed in remedies too much, you tend to go easy on the fundamental principles. What other YakChim in the world has shown the theory and therapedic results that can equal mine? If you ignore searching for the truth, saving the mankind would be impossible.

I would like to establish this theory by a final, complex, and open clinical therapy. I do not know when or where it will be, but I am waiting for the day, since it is my completion and duty. In the future, we may need Kyonglak School, Kyonglak Hospitals, and Kyonglak Pharmaceutical companies to train pundits around the world and save the mankind.

Injections can be divided into Kije(氣劑) and Yunje. Kije(氣劑) is medicine injected directly injected into Kyonglak(經絡), and Yunje(潤劑) is a medicine that produces Ki(氣).  Yunje works as a lubricating device.

Yakchim

It is also known as Yakchim (藥鍼)Immunization, Suchim (水针), Yakchimyobeop(a method of treatment of Yakchim), Hyeolwi (穴位) needle therapy. It is a type of medical science of Immunity (免疫医学) injecting to the important gyeonghyeol (經穴:Acupuncture points) ingredients extracted from oriental medical herbs.

It can also be said that the therapy of a needle for acupuncture is a method of treatment stimulating the human body externally and the medication therapy is stimulating the internal organs internally. It has an intention of improving the effectiveness of treatment by enforcing the two therapies simultaneously.

In western pharmacodynamic sense, direct injection of medicinal substances into the body promotes quicker steadystate levels of substances either in the local tissue or in the blood stream, thus improving time-efficacy of the medicine (which has been a long concern when treating time-critical patients)

It was developed by Nam Sang Chun(南相千) from South Korea who had researched the formation of kyungrak (=meridians經絡) in 1956 and has strengthened the immunity developing into a specialty of acupuncture field and since 1963 he has examined closely the functioning of kyungrak (=meridians經絡) using a syringe with herbal medication such as sanjoin (酸棗仁), hwanggi (黃芪: Astragalus membranaceus Bunge), ginseng (人蔘) and nokyong (鹿茸: the young antlers of the deer).

It is distinguished that gyeonghyeol (經穴:Acupuncture points) has an effect by itself only with the stimulation of the needle, but can be achieved greater therapeutic effect with the injection of specific medicinal herbs. It is being researched and developed in several countries like South Korea, China and Japan and others, where the oriental therapies are prevalent.

The department of the career of Yakchim has been implemented in the Korean Oriental medicine institute on August 26, 1990 in South Korea and the research and the diffusion about Yakchim( 藥鍼) has been progressing actively.
